Lead transformative care initiatives with RNAO as the Best Practices Implementation Lead in Long-Term Care. Guide the integration of evidence-based practices regionally.
This in office role, involving two full workdays at various LTC homes, will focus on developing a comprehensive strategy for implementing Best Practice Guidelines. Your expertise will empower educators while fostering collaboration and innovation within the sector. You'll also coordinate closely with the RNAO and the Ministry of Health to enhance best practices across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop plans to support BPGs in LTC homes
• Create promotional and integration prospects for best practices
• Act as a resource for knowledge transfer methodologies
• Engage in research and evaluation feedback processes
• Collaborate with health authorities for strategic alignment
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse status with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Master's level education in Nursing or related area
• Proven experience with evidence-based practices
• Knowledge of the LTC Sector and related initiatives
• Robust project management and motivational skills
