Your New Role The Junior Property Manager will manage amercial portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet across Metro Vancouver, including office, retail, and industrial properties.

You will support the portfolios day-to-day operations, administration, and overall performance while helping ensure a seamless tenant experience.





This role also involves working closely with the leasing and accounting teams and serving as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and in office property teams.

What youll need to succeed BCFSA Rental License, or working towardpletion, is considered an asset. 4+ years of experience as a Property Administrator, Junior Property Manager, or Assistant Property Manager supportingmercial properties.

Experience using Yardi is an asset.

Knowledge of themercial Tenancy Act. A valid BC drivers license and access to a vehicle are required.
