Providing quality service and efficiently responding to inquiries (phone, email, messaging).





Negotiating price agreements and obtaining approval from the president.

Completing the necessary rental documents.

Developing current sales and communication strategies to reach prospects, contribute to business development, and enhance our visibility.

Monitoring the renewal of agreements.

Providing exceptional customer service to current tenants.

Collaborating with various departments within the company.

Any other related tasks to support the work team.
