Responsibilities
Create clean, production-ready character turnarounds in Adobe Illustrator
Produce plush specification sheets and manufacturing documentation
Prepare explicit, organized sample feedback sheets for factory revisions
Translate written communication, production notes, and feedback between English and Mandarin to support collaboration with our manufacturing partners
Support turnaround creation and sample reviews based on team priorities
Assist with factory communication and production problem-solving
Help improve production documentation, templates, and internal workflows

Requirements
Exceptional Adobe Illustrator skills with advanced vector drawing ability
Solid experience creating clean, accurate character turnarounds with Adobe Illustrator
Excellent understanding of anatomy, construction,



proportion, and character design
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable learning recent skills and adapting to changing priorities
Fluent in English and Mandarin

Bonus Qualifications
Experience in plush, toys, softlines, collectibles, apparel, or consumer product manufacturing.
Experience creating manufacturing documentation or specification sheets.
Experience reviewing physical product samples.
Experience communicating with overseas manufacturers.
