Our client is an integrated real estate development, construction, and property management organization headquartered in Winnipeg, is seeking a Multi-Family Site Superintendent (Concrete Structures) to take full ownership of on-site operations.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with concrete multi-family experience who excels at maintaining schedules, ensuring quality, upholding safety standards, and keeping the site organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
Lead in office construction activities for concrete multi-family projects
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff to meet project goals
Monitor schedules, milestones, and project progress
Ensure quality, safety, and site organization are maintained
Review drawings and specifications to guide construction execution
Resolve in office issues proactively and collaborate with project teams
Maintain accurate site documentation and support project close-out

Qualifications




Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a site superintendent in commercial or multi-family construction
Experience on multi-storey, concrete, or mixed-use buildings is strongly preferred
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
Solid knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000 CAD+, depending on experience
