Join the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay as a Psycho-Educator. Support psycho-social rehabilitation through program design and evaluation in the Eeyou Istchee region.

This role requires a master's degree in Psycho-Education and appropriate OPPQ membership. You will leverage your two years of relevant experience to assess client needs and implement effective strategies. Knowledge of Cree culture and fluency in Cree or French are valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and evaluate rehabilitation programs for users • Identify and assess client psycho-social needs • Communicate theories and practices effectively to stakeholders • Provide coaching and training to enhance user outcomes • Adapt services to meet diverse cultural contexts

Requirements: • Master's degree in Psycho-Education required • Member in positive standing of OPPQ • Minimum two years of relevant experience • Robust interpersonal and decision-making skills • Fluency in English; Cree or French is an asset
