City of Burnaby is seeking a Microcomputer Support Specialist 2 (Multimedia) to provide first-level user support and resolve AV and software issues across meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware; testing current equipment; and guiding users on enterprise applications and conferencing tools. A BC driver’s license and related AV experience are preferred.
