Job Overview
We are looking for a mechanic/welder who is interested in becoming a qualified millwright and future maintenance manager. The role involves attending breakdowns, troubleshooting, repairing mechanical equipment, and developing preventative maintenance processes.
The Role
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
- Develop preventative maintenance planning and processes.
- Work Monday to Friday under a 3‑shift pattern.
The Person
- Experience as a mechanic, welder, or millwright.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy engineering.
- Seeking greater responsibility and the opportunity to implement own processes.
