Utilize tools like Xactimate and CostX for detailed take-offs and pricing validation. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, ensuring the accuracy of estimates align with market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality estimates for diverse projects
• Support budgeting for Owner’s Representative services
• Provide leadership on large-scale recovery programs




• Develop scopes and validate pricing for large claims
• Collaborate with internal groups and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• 7+ years of estimating ICI projects experience
• Solid expertise in Xactimate, CostX, and Excel
• Proven leadership in complex projects
