Our client, a well-established and growing construction organization, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Charlottetown, PEI.

This is an exciting prospect for a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle — from estimating and pre-construction through to project completion. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to help deliver successful commercial and development projects.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate projects from pre-construction through completion
Support project scheduling, documentation, procurement, and material coordination
Manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and project documentation
Assist with estimating, including material take-offs, supplier pricing, and tender submissions
Coordinate subcontractor communication and site activities
Support change orders, budget tracking, and project reporting
Build solid relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams





What We’re Looking For
Experience in construction project coordination, estimating, or project administration
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and construction-related software
Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related education is considered an asset
