What you will do Command Learjet 45 operations with uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and SOP discipline.
Deliver a polished, discreet, and friendly customer experience from briefing to baggage.
Exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments, making timely decisions that balance safety, efficiency, and service.
Lead effective crew resource management and clear, professional communication across all stakeholders.
Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance, weather, fuel, alternates, and operational risk management.
Maintain meticulous operational standards, documentation, and time management to keep flights on schedule.

Minimum qualifications Total time: 3,500 hours
Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
Multi-engine: 2,000 hours

Jet: 200 hours
License: ATPL (TCCA)
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4
Preferred Previous experience on the Learjet 45. Candidates with this background will be given preference.
Training and onboarding Type rating is not required; successful candidates will receive Learjet 45 training. We seek captains who embrace continuous learning, bring a safety-first mindset, and elevate the guest experience from day one.
