Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee underwriting assessments of complex contractor submissions • Promote a culture of learning within the underwriting team • Work closely with senior leaders across business functions • Assess and recommend adjustments to underwriting strategies • Strengthen key partnerships within the insurance market

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree; advanced certifications preferred • 10+ years in construction insurance underwriting • In-depth knowledge of surety products required • Excellent problem-solving and analytical aptitude • Competency in MS Office applications and BMS
