Responsibilities

- Schedule all appointments and maintain the Personal Shopper’s calendar
- Review and handle all correspondence, including drafting and producing official client invitations
- Speak on behalf of the Personal Shopper via telephone or email while maintaining superior customer service and ensuring professional, timely follow‑up
- Maintain Personal Shopper client profiles and information and track and interpret data to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and coordinate materials and merchandise for all client appointments, ensuring standards are maintained
- Coordinate alterations, product transfers, COGs, holds and other services as required
- Perform other duties as assigned, including errands, to maximize the efficiency of the Personal Shopper’s schedule and work
- Maintain merchandising standards in the Personal Shopping Suites and on the selling floor when removing and returning product
- Ensure the suites meet all Store Readiness requirements, including overall maintenance and housekeeping
- Reduce or eliminate loss through effective loss prevention
- Attend PK session to become a subject‑matter expert
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

Desired Qualifications

- High School diploma
- Previous retail experience preferred




- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
- Fully bilingual in French and English

Compensation

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :
$17.85 - $29.25 per hour (France: 17,85 € - 29,25 €)

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications and assessed contributions to the role following the interview process. The range above is the starting range; offers may vary with experience, qualifications, performance and local market conditions.
