Position Overview
Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Assiniboia, SK. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising skilled trades staff in a unionized setting.
Responsibilities
Participate in work order planning and scheduling
Manage the establishment and implementation preventative and corrective operational maintenance programs
Train staff
Qualifications
Millwright trade license or Mechanical Engineer supplemented with a minimum of 5 years millwright experience
Demonstrated attention to workplace safety
Previous supervisory experience
Solid knowledge of computerized maintenance management software
Willingness to perform shift work and overtime as required
Possess solid communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
