Responsibilities

- Welcome and care for children aged 4 months to less than 4 years.
- Adapt behavior to meet social and educational needs.
- Assist children with daily activities, promote autonomy.
- Implement and respect the pedagogical project daily.




- Stimulate children's intellectual, emotional, and artistic capacities through age-appropriate activities.
- Propose parent/child reconnecting events.
- Establish safety bonds and reassure children during key moments.
- Monitor signs and inform parents as needed.
- Contribute to the educational aspect of the program.
- Inform parents of key moments during daily pick-up.
- Optimize spaces for children's development.
- Ensure resource availability for activities.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and legal standards.
- Address specific needs such as allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Coordinate activities for smooth service.
- Ensure children's safety during movements.
- Collaborate with nursery staff.
- Maintain equipment in good condition.
