Key Responsibilities:
• Own product backlog and delivery outcomes • Lead requirements gathering for SWIFT initiatives • Manage full requirements lifecycle from discovery to implementation • Partner with Compliance to embed sanctions controls • Act as primary liaison across business and tech teams
Requirements: • 5+ years in Technical Product Ownership in Agile • Experience with sanctions regulatory compliance • Advanced knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022 • Solid Agile/SAFe delivery and stakeholder management • Proficiency in AI-assisted delivery tools
