Lead the operations of the Radiation Protection Equipment Services Calibration Lab at CNL in Chalk River, Ontario. Oversee staff, ensure compliance, and maintain quality standards effectively.CNL is seeking a Calibration Lab Supervisor to guide the lab's operations and direct staff in meeting essential quality and regulatory requirements. This in office role requires expertise in calibration and leadership skills, with a focus on monitoring workflows and improving procedures. Candidates should also possess solid communication abilities and technical knowledge to handle laboratory tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily calibration lab operations, ensuring compliance
Schedule and monitor routine and non-routine calibration tasks




Develop and improve training plans for lab staff
Review and approve calibration and test reports
Manage nonconformities and implement corrective actionsRequirements:
Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance/Control, or related field
Leadership experience in a technical lab environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to meet regulatory and quality assurance requirements
