Burnside & Associates Limited is seeking a performance-driven Intermediate Land Development Engineer to join our energetic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse ICI and Mixed-Use developments while building strong client relationships and driving project success.What You’ll Be DoingLeading land development projects from concept to completionActing as the primary point of contact for clients and external agenciesManaging project schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple officesProducing detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD Civil 3DCoordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient project executionConducting site visits and attending client/agency meetingsSupporting cross-sector collaboration within BurnsideKey ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day project tasks and ensure deadlines are metPrepare proposals, manage budgets, and lead business development effortsConduct invoicing and manage accounts receivableLead quality control processes and ensure design accuracyIdentify new business opportunities and foster client relationshipsWhat You BringRegistered Professional Engineer (PEO) with 7+ years of licensureDegree in Civil Engineering or related field with 7–10 years of land development experienceMinimum 5 years of design and project management experienceProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS ProjectStrong knowledge of municipal and provincial review processesExcellent communication and leadership skillsValid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicleWhat Success Looks LikeProjects delivered on time, within budget,
