The Wilder Institute’s Calgary Zoo is seeking a permanent part time Catering Coordinator (30 hours/week) to bridge strategic department goals with on-the-floor execution. You will support scheduling, delegation, and the Banquet Captains, ensuring every BEO detail is met with guest service excellence.
As a hands-on mentor, you will lead meetings, guide staff, and step in as Banquet Captain during peak volumes. ProServe is required and at least 1 year of Banquet Captain experience.
