Business Systems Analyst (ERP Support)

Main Deliverables
Support and enhance ERP applications across the business.
Translate business requirements into system solutions and functional specifications.
Manage ERP configurations, system updates, testing, and issue resolution.
Ensure business processes and e-commerce integrations operate effectively.

Requirements
Approximately 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms, including: a) System updates and releases, b) Configuration changes, c) Incident troubleshooting and resolution, d) Ongoing production support
Experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and operational improvements.
Robust understanding of e-commerce platforms, integrations, and related business processes.
Proven experience creating and maintaining: a)



Process documentation, b) Functional requirements, c) Use cases, d) Test plans and testing documentation.
Experience within retail, distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing settings is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for ERP applications and related business systems.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications for technical teams.
Coordinate ERP system updates, enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment activities.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, validation, and user acceptance testing.
Maintain detailed process maps, system documentation, and functional requirements.
Work with e-commerce and business system stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operational effectiveness.
Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and functional requirements.
