Personal Support Worker (PSW) Windsor, Youth with Autism

HealthOPM is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide one‑on‑one care and behavioral support to a male youth with autism and complex special needs. This is a temporary role through our staffing agency, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to make a direct impact.

Pay & Perks
Hourly rate: $23+ per hour , based on experience and qualifications
Adaptable weekday or weekend scheduling
Supportive agency team and compliance assistance
Gain hands‑on experience supporting youth with complex needs

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living support
Use NVCI or Protected Management Group training to ensure safety
Assist in de‑escalating and managing challenging behaviors
Communicate effectively with client staff and HealthOPM





Schedule
Weekday (Mon‑Fri) or weekend (Sat‑Sun) availability
Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM

Qualifications
Current PSW certification
NVCI or Secure Management Group certification required
Experience supporting youth with autism and behavioral challenges
Compassionate, reliable, and patient
