We are looking for an EMR and Data Systems Specialist to support clinical data systems and strengthen reporting capabilities for healthcare operations near Barrie, Ontario.

This role focuses on maintaining electronic medical record platforms, improving data quality, and helping staff use digital tools effectively.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with solid communication skills to deliver reliable system support, meaningful insights, and practical guidance across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize electronic medical record and data platforms to support accurate, productive day-to-day clinical and operational workflows.

• Create, maintain, and refine queries, dashboards, and reports that provide explicit, actionable information for stakeholders across the organization.

• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver responsive technical assistance to staff using EMR applications and related digital health tools.





• Monitor data integrity by identifying inconsistencies, investigating root causes, and applying corrective actions to improve overall data quality.

• Configure and support Telus PS Suite and associated system features to align with operational requirements and user needs.

• Prepare presentations, reference materials, and user guides that help staff understand reports, system functions, and best practices for data use.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather reporting requirements, explain technical concepts clearly, and support informed decision-making.

• Contribute to the ongoing use and support of digital health solutions such as online booking, eReferral, electronic forms, and other connected platforms.
