Skills Required

• 8–10 years of IT experience, with significant experience working on Pega Platform projects.

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.

• Solid experience in:

• Application Operations Support

• Production Support settings

• Hands-on experience with:

• Incident management

• Problem management

• Change management processes

• Valuable understanding of:

• Pega architecture

• Case management

• Integrations

• Business process implementation

• Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.

• Knowledge of deployment and release management processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Must be eligible for security clearance/background verification requirements.
