The ability to translate business rules and regulatory constraints into simple content is a key differentiator, specific to a regulated insurance setting.

The role is part of a multidisciplinary team (UX, UI, SEO, IT, architecture, business analysis, product management): SEO is a related role within the team and is no longer a requirement for the writer.

Requirements Required: Bachelor's degree in communications, writing, journalism, linguistics, user experience, or a related field 6 years of experience in UX writing, web writing,



or digital content strategy UX writing, plain language, accessibility, and content architecture Excellent written French, editorial judgment, and writing rigor Design and optimization of transactional digital user journeys Ability to translate business needs, business rules, and regulatory constraints into explicit content Experience in a multidisciplinary Agile setting Collaboration with UX, UI, product, IT, architecture, and business analysis teams Asset: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma Experience in user research, comprehension testing, or content validation Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services sector
