Position Description
Lead and oversee the shift production operations of packaging manufacturer
Coordinate and assign tasks to production staff to ensure productive workflow and timely completion of orders
Monitor and maintain quality control standards to meet or exceed customer expectations
Train,
mentor, and develop production team members to enhance their skills and productivity
Collaborate with the morning production supervisor to ensure a seamless transition of work
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness
Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Experience
Available for shift work
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a print/packaging facility
Robust understanding of print packaging processes, equipment, and materials
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency
