Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-siteRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawingsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are metMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelinesConduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulationsManage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessaryUtilize construction management software (e.G., ProCore) to track project milestones, communicate with team members, and manage documentationProvide guidance and support to construction teams,



including subcontractors and laborersResolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during constructionEnsure compliance with safety protocols and promote a secure working environmentQualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar roleStrong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materialsProficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawingsFamiliarity with construction management software (e.G., ProCore)Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality workAbility to effectively communicate with team members, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsKnowledge of budgeting and cost estimation principlesPlease note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
