This pivotal role in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, focuses on leadership in engineering and manufacturing operations.As a key member of the Executive team, the COO will oversee operations, optimize processes, and enhance resource management across the organization. You'll be responsible for managing two facilities and several hundred employees, ensuring effective risk management, compliance, and operational infrastructure are in place to meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
