WSP is seeking a strategic Business Development Leader for Earth & Setting across Prairies & Northern Canada. You will drive growth, shape regional strategies, and advance multidisciplinary collaborations with regional leadership to secure high-value projects. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Growth, you will build client relationships, lead capture planning, and mentor the proposals team. A strong track record in professional services and engineering-adjacent fields is preferred.
