Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate drawings and trade scopes for construction projects
• Review materials and verify trade quotes accurately




• Conduct deficiency walks and maintain logs
• Update field and as-built drawings as needed
• Create and monitor project schedules with sub-trade information
Requirements:
• Enrolled in relevant engineering or construction program
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead in a changing workplace
• Valid work permit for Bird Construction
