Meat Preparation
Keep your meat department area clean, well-stocked and organized. Handle and present products in a way that highlights and safeguards their quality. Comply with company meat standards and food safety regulations.
Product Enthusiasm
ow the various cuts, benefits and ways to serve meats in your store. Look for creative ways to merchandise your products to your customers. Support national, regional and store merchandising programs.
Teammate Support
Contribute to a safe, positive and fun workplace. Provide technical training to your teammates as required. Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Customer Service
Smile, make eye contact and greet customers while taking requests. Prepare meat products including special orders as required. Provide exceptional service.
