Help create exceptional experiences, from executive campaigns and intimate dinners to special requests and one-of-a-kind moments.
BT/A is an independent, full-service marketing, experiential, and events agency based in Toronto. We work with leading brands and organizations to create memorable experiences, from executive and customer programs to intimate hospitality and dining events, large-scale activations, conferences, festivals, and live events.
We are looking for an Account Coordinator who is highly organized, resourceful and genuinely interested in Toronto's hospitality, restaurant and cultural scene.
This is a hands‑on role supporting a variety of executive campaigns, events, hospitality programs and special requests. One day you may be coordinating details for an intimate executive dinner, the next sourcing a hard‑to‑get restaurant reservation, researching a new venue, preparing materials for a client campaign or helping bring together the details for an upcoming event.
We're looking for someone who enjoys making things happen, knows what's happening in the city and takes pride in getting the details right.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency setting where priorities can change quickly.
Willingness to occasionally work outside traditional office hours when events or client requests require it.
A "figure it out" mentality. Curious, proactive and willing to find a way to make something happen.
The Ideal Candidate You are the person your friends ask where they should go for dinner.
You know the difference between simply making a reservation and finding the right restaurant for the occasion.
You're interested in new restaurants, chefs, hotels, openings, events and experiences, and you're naturally curious about what's happening in Toronto.
You're equally comfortable working on an Excel tracker, calling a restaurant, researching an unusual client request, preparing an executive itinerary or helping onsite at an event.
You understand that the smallest details can make the biggest difference, particularly when working with executives and premium customers.
Most importantly, you're resourceful. When someone asks, "Can we make this happen?" your instinct is to start figuring out how.
