Key Responsibilities:
• Process firm and employee applications for group insurance
• Communicate with administrators and advisors to gather necessary information




• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Generate arrears reports and manage outstanding balances
• Coordinate Life and AD&D; conversion requests efficiently

Requirements:
• Fluency in English and French, written and verbal
• Experience in group insurance administration
• Robust organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
