Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with life skills development
• Provide behavioral support in crisis situations
• Manage cases and support client needs
• Collaborate with correctional staff effectively
• Connect clients with risk-reductive services
Requirements:
• Relevant secondary education or Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience with socio-economic issues
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Restorative Justice and Harm Reduction
• Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and clear criminal record
