Key Responsibilities:
• Immunize staff against vaccine preventable diseases
• Conduct immunization clinics and assess needs




• Prepare and administer vaccines safely
• Document immunization records accurately
• Engage in quality improvement and policy development

Requirements:
• Registration with provincial regulatory college
• Experience in community care (asset)
• Willingness to travel for patient visits
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
