Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for aBilingual Banking Associate - Credit. This position supports daily operational activities within a fast-paced banking environment, focusing on credit processes and small team management. The role offers exposure to credit operations, data entry, and team collaboration.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $33.61/hr
Responsibilities Manage daily volumes to meet service timelines and SLA benchmarks
Perform accurate data entry and maintain quality control
Exercise sound judgment and elevate issues appropriately
Follow policies, procedures, and risk controls diligently
Communicate clearly with internal partners and external solicitors
Ensure attendance, reliability, and professional conduct
Contribute to team projects and operational improvements
Interact with internal and external stakeholders regularly
Handle access to customer data responsibly
Desired Skill-Set Data entry experience (minimum 3 years)
Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency
Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal, at least 3 years)
Attention to detail and quality focus
Good judgment and decision-making ability
Nice to Have Banking experience
Credit processing experience
Knowledge of small business credit operations
