What You Will Do

Perform general landscaping maintenance duties such as lawn maintenance, pruning, leaf cleanup, mulch installation, chemical application, weeding, and more.

Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, ensuring productive and effective project execution.

Coordinate communication channels with other team members and residents.

Utilise team software for time tracking, and scheduling.

Maintain a high standard of workmanship, with close attention to detail.

Follow and advise on effective standard operating procedures.

Maintain clean and organised commercial sites and workshop.

Provide weekly progress reports with the leadership team.

Operate a truck and trailer for transportation to and from job sites.





Maintain a clean and organised work area.

What We Are Looking For

Knowledge of commercial landscaping scheduling techniques, materials, and equipment.

High problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any challenges that may arise in the field.

Flexible and dependable.

Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Strong communication skills with team members.

Proven time management skills to prioritise top quality service.

Demonstrate a positive and persevering attitude that aligns with and drives our company culture.

Previous experience in small engine repair and/or maintenance will be compensated appropriately.

Valid driver’s licence is required.
