Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging programming for Gator Care
• Provide class coverage during teacher absences
• Supervise students during lunches and recess
• Support Kindergarten students in specialist classes
• Assist in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment

Requirements:
• Post-secondary Degree in Early Childhood Education or Education
• Experience working with children aged 4-12
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional and approachable demeanor
• Flexible availability for assigned shifts
