Key Responsibilities:
• Drive merchandise and demand planning across all regions
• Own the end-to-end S&OP; process for better decision-making
• Implement AI-driven demand forecasting effectively




• Oversee distribution center operations and logistics
• Develop inventory flow and sourcing strategies

Requirements:
• Proven experience leading S&OP; in a growth environment
• Background in omni-channel operations (wholesale and ecommerce)
• Strong leadership skills, managing remote teams
• Knowledge of systems including ERP and WMS
• International experience is preferred
