Ensuring prompt, accurate application of incoming funds to funds held in client trust accounts
Following up and collection of unrecovered receivables
Analyzing loss funds for adequacy
Assisting with payment release process to ensure KPI's are met
Other financial related tasks and responsibilities, as required
Requirements University degree or College diploma in an Accounting or related program
Minimum 1-3 years' of related work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; ability to quickly learn new technologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills, delivering results with clarity and accuracy
Results-oriented while maintaining a high regard for thoroughness and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet immediate needs of the team or customers
Ability to adapt to an evolving environment where analytical skills are needed to problem solve
