Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and modify network operational procedures
• Develop build guides for recent systems and configurations




• Respond to incidents and manage support tickets
• Install and cable physical network infrastructure
• Mentor personnel and provide training as needed

Requirements:
• University degree or five years of IT experience
• Three years of recent networking experience
• Knowledge of Extreme/Avaya Fabric Networks
• Expertise in routers, switches, and firewalls
• Experience deploying VPN and software-defined networks
