Movati Athletic seeks a Facility Technician to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards. This position plays a vital role in equipment maintenance and facility aesthetics while performing preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting building systems and liaising with external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair facility assets promptly and safely
• Deliver routine preventive maintenance and inspections
• Investigate building system outages and create action plans




• Coordinate with external contractors for services
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:
• Community College Certificate or licensed trades certificate
• Minimum of three years in building systems maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
