What you will do Provide administrative support to logistics and fleet operations (yard, warehouse, receiving/shipping, garage) and ensure proper tracking of all inbound and outbound shipments.
Handle, move, load, and unload products, materials, tools, and equipment manually or using handling devices.
Count, inspect, sort, and prepare orders, and participate in inventory activities.
Enter inventory data into systems (Office 365, ServiceNow) and prepare required documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL) and hazardous materials documents when applicable.
Organize and store materials efficiently, validate returned goods, and transmit necessary information to update systems.
Maintain certain tools and equipment and perform local errands when required.
This role could be for you if you have Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software;
Demonstrate adaptability and autonomy;
Show a positive and engaged attitude;
Be detail-oriented and rigorous.
