This permanent full-time role requires a graduate in Medical Laboratory Science or an MSc in a related field, alongside a NSRMLS license. With a minimum of four years of increasing responsibility in laboratory settings and management training, you’ll lead a team to maintain efficient laboratory services, including core laboratory operations, blood collection, and Point of Care Testing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise lab operations, ensuring efficient service delivery
• Coordinate staff deployment for testing and equipment operations
• Consult with internal and external clients about services




• Manage administrative functions like scheduling and time approval
• Participate in planning for service expansion and improvement

Requirements:
• Licensed with NSRMLS and certified by CSMLS
• Four years of relevant laboratory experience
• Robust leadership and organizational skills
• Preferred experience in core laboratory settings
• Knowledge of Cerner Laboratory Information System is advantageous
