WHAT YOU WILL DO Field calls from customers, technicians, and sales representatives and perform timely follow-up and response on all service requests.
Assist with warranty/ exchange tracking and reconciliation.
Assist with parts requests and order.
Assist with preparation and distribution of various service reports.
Interface with vendors for parts pricing and delivery.
Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required.
WHAT YOU BRING 1 to 2 years’ experience in inventory control, parts and/or service related role
Superior customer service skills
Technical proficiency, Microsoft office, inventory or service software is an asset
Your favourite words are: customer service, service, inventory, warranty, reports and parts.
Compensation: The posted range for this position is $45,000-$54,000 annually.

Hybrid: Time is scheduled between working from a TSM home office and at a company facility, as required.
