About the role: We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant to keep our warehouse running smoothly — picking, packing and getting customer orders out the door on time, and receiving stock in as it arrives. It's a hands-on role in a small, close-knit team. You'll work closely with our Office Manager and have plenty of autonomy day to day, so if you take pride in getting things right the first time, you'll do well here.
What you’ll be doing: Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and in time for courier or customer collection, using our ERP/inventory system
Receiving incoming stock from suppliers — unpacking, shelving and completing delivery documentation in the ERP
Preparing and maintaining stock of kit products
Keeping an eye on stock levels (including shipping supplies) and flagging anything that needs reordering
Helping the Office Manager with stocktakes
Assisting customers collecting their orders
Processing and restocking returned items
Keeping the warehouse secure, tidy and well organised
What you’ll bring:



Excellent attention to detail and time management — orders go out accurate and on time
Solid computer skills, including MS Office (experience with an ERP or inventory system is a bonus, but we’ll train you)
Clear verbal and written communication, and a friendly, helpful manner with customers
The ability to work unsupervised and hold yourself to a high standard of quality and accuracy
Physical fitness to regularly lift and move boxes up to 25kg, and to move palletised goods using a lift stacker and pallet jack
A genuine commitment to health and safety — working safely, encouraging others to do the same, and reporting or fixing hazards and unsafe conditions when you spot them
