YWCA Hamilton seeks a dedicated qualified to provide comprehensive mental health services. The ideal candidate has three to five years of experience in crisis intervention and holistic care. You'll help clients navigate their mental health and well-being while creating treatment plans and coordinating services to improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver trauma-informed crisis intervention and support
• Facilitate individual and group wellness sessions
• Develop detailed mental health treatment plans




• Coordinate mental health services according to care plans
• Monitor progress and adjust services as needed

Requirements:
• Social service diploma or related degree
• 3-5 years of experience in crisis intervention
• Strong skills in relationship building with clients
• Proficient with MS Office software
• Commitment to feminist and anti-racist practices
