Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care per established policies and care plans
• Ensure excellent personal care aligned with nursing principles

• Supervise Personal Support Workers and unregulated staff
• Conduct assessments during admissions and changes in resident status

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse with Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation fields is an asset
• Solid judgement and risk identification abilities
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check required
