Respond to calls, emails and chats from the sales force
Assist the sales force with administrative processes for individual life insurance
Adhere to the manufacturer's procedures and the firm's obligations for sales and transactions on in-force contracts
Understand the sales force's needs and ensure their satisfaction
Handle more complex files in close collaboration with insurer/manufacturer teams
Verify that the firm's files are complete
Participate in ongoing training on policies, procedures and systems
Contribute to the development and improvement of work procedures
Promote communication and collaboration between Insurance specialists, agencies, support and Career services teams, and insurer teams
Requirements DEC (College diploma) in Business Administration or a related field
2 years of relevant experience
Comfortable with new technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
High adaptability to change

Proactive and motivated attitude




Advanced level of English proficiency to handle daily calls and emails in English with English-speaking advisors and sales agents
