As the Theatre Manager at Kamloops Film Society, you will ensure a vibrant atmosphere for film and arts programming. This full-time position requires excellent interpersonal skills, background in venue management, and financial acumen. You'll develop operational manuals, manage front-of-house staff, and enforce compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the theatre
• Manage FOH staff and volunteer recruitment processes
• Develop comprehensive Operations Manual and training materials




• Ensure compliance with health and liquor service regulations
• Promote advertising and sponsorship opportunities

Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in venue management or related fields
• Solid leadership skills in supervising staff and volunteers
• Knowledge of financial and sales data analysis
• Diploma or degree in relevant area preferred
• Food Safe and Serving It Right certification required
