HML Contracting Ltd. is hiring three Landscaping Foremen for permanent, full time roles on-site. The job requires 2-3 years of experience in hardscape construction and heavy civil site preparation. You will be responsible for directing crews, managing construction plans, and ensuring all activities meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct landscape construction crews on various project sites
• Organize and oversee the construction of patios, decks, and retaining walls
• Plan site grading, drainage installation, and aggregate compaction




• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate project execution
• Safely operate heavy construction equipment and supervise crew usage

Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years in hardscape construction experience
• Valid driver’s licence and criminal background check
• High school graduation or equivalent experience
• Personal safety equipment, including steel-toed boots
• Familiar with safety regulations and compliance standards
